Mr. David Pérez, M.B.A.

Mr. David Perez is a managing director of Palladium Equity Partners, a leading private equity investment firm with committed funds in excess of $750 million. Palladium buys and improves middle market businesses, with a special focus on the U.S. Hispanic market. He serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies: Prince Minerals and Taco Bueno Restaurants. Mr. Perez lives in New York City with his wife and two sons.
Prior to joining Palladium Equity Partners, Mr. Perez was a principal at General Atlantic Partners and a senior associate at Chase Capital Partners. Mr. Perez started his career as an investment banker with James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. where he specialized in providing mergers and acquisitions advice to a select group of multinational corporations.
Mr. Perez holds a BS/MS degree from the Dresden University of Technology, a Masters of Engineering from Cornell University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Perez is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the New America Alliance, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pan American Health and Education Foundation (PAHEF) as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Ballet Hispanico and the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).
Mr. Perez states his reason for joining the PAHEF board this way, "I am committed to collaborating with the distinguished leadership of PAHEF in promoting excellence in health in the Americas, which ultimately strengthens the workforce and economic opportunities in our hemisphere."
Mr. Perez joined the PAHEF board of trustees in 2006.
Mr. Perez signed a conflict of interest statement and agreed to abide by PAHEF's conflict of interest policy.
