In Colombia, there are many bright and capable young people who wish to someday have a career in health but they do not have the financial means to achieve their dreams. Likewise many professionals currently working in health would like to take courses in their chosen health field to expand their knowledge and to advance their career; unfortunately, they cannot afford to do so.
